R&TI is fully sustainable catering Co. that practices environmental protection while conducting its business.

R&T has owned Transport Vehicles for carting food.

All employees are covered under minimum wage Act, PF, ESIC, PT, Maharashtra Labour Welfare board & screened by Police verification, prior to appointment.
On job training, both practical & theory are imparted to all employees & incentives & awards are given for innovations. Medical health checks are carried twice a year.

The management level employees are necessarily qualified in Hotel Management degrees, likewise supervisors and allied staff poses qualification from certificate courses.

Rosemary & Thyme International functions on Incentive based model, where in the Unit Manager / Chef gets besides the agree salary, a certain amount by way of performance reward based on Quality, Service delivery, Client Feedback, & attractive bottom-line figures. This model leads to improved performance overall. This is not outsourcing of contract, which please note.
